Overland Expo East 2017 – Rigs
Expo envy….
The Overland Expo East 2017 was anything but boring…the weather was fantastic and the eye candy this year was enough to make a grown man drool. Not that kind of eye candy! I’m referring to the 100’s of custom vehicles on the Biltomore Estate grounds owned both by sponsors and attendees alike. Honestly my favorite part of the entire weekend was talking to the many attendees and sharing our ‘build’ stories. Many of the rigs were simply out of the price range for most folks but that didn’t stop them from coming out and having a great time. In fact like myself, there were many people who put together amazing budget builds to create their own version of the ultimate overlanding vehicle.
